Lluís Danús-Amengual

Bio

I was born in Inca (Island of Mallorca) in 1992. I moved to Barcelona in 2010 to start my studies in Physics at the University of Barcelona. After graduating I obtained a master’s degree in Photonics at Polytechnic University of Catalonia. During my master thesis I joined the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO) to work in the stabilization of laser systems for quantum optics applications in the group of Quantum Information with Cold Atoms. During a two-year experience as software developer in a consulting company, I developed a profound interest about the potential of network science to develop predictive models and contacted SEES:lab which I joined in January 2019. Currently I’m working in the study of collaboration networks among researchers.
